Open Recheck and click on Modules in the left menu.

Select Decrease quantity from the list of modules.

Enable the "Allow quantity decrease" toggle
This lets customers reduce the quantity of items in their order, down to a minimum of 1 per item.
Decreasing quantity can’t take an item off the order completely. To let customers remove a line entirely, turn on Remove product.
