Recheck works alongside the other apps on your store. Some integrations work the moment both apps are installed, some wire up through Shopify Flow, and some need a quick connection step. All integrations are available on all plans. You’ll find them on the Integrations page in Recheck, grouped into the same categories as below, with tabs to filter by category. Each app is a card you click to set up or learn more. If you need an app that isn’t listed yet, the Need a different integration? card opens live chat so you can tell us what to build next.

How integrations connect

Every integration works in one of these ways.
  • Native. Works as long as both apps are installed. Some are fully automatic, some add a few toggles inside Recheck.
  • Shopify Flow. You install a Flow template that wires a Recheck trigger to an action in the partner app.
  • Additional configuration. Recheck and the partner app connect directly, usually through a sign-in step.
  • Wayfinding. The card is just guidance. It points you to an existing Recheck setting and tells you the tag or value to use for that partner.
  • Coming soon. On the roadmap, shown with a greyed-out button. We build these once enough brands ask for them.

Customer support

Gorgias

Shopify Flow. Creates a Gorgias ticket when a customer raises a support ticket through Recheck. You install a ready-made Flow template, then turn the flow on.

Zendesk

Retail management

Stoq

Native. Lets customers edit pre-order products, which are normally excluded from edits. Three toggles in Recheck allow adding, removing, or reducing quantity on pre-order lines. With both adding and removing allowed, customers can also replace pre-order products or change their variant.

Marketing

Klaviyo

Additional configuration. Pushes three events into your Klaviyo account: Recheck_Order_Edit, Recheck_Order_Canceled, and Recheck_Upsell_Accepted. Each event carries the type of edit the customer made, so you can drive your existing flows off those actions. Click Connect and sign in to Klaviyo to set it up.

Fraud protection

NoFraud

Native. Blocks editing on orders NoFraud flags as fraud, so a flagged order can’t be rewritten around the fraud check. Choose to block by failure tag, by risk level (Medium or High, blocking orders at or above the level you pick), or both.

Bundling

FoxSell Bundles

Native. Keeps FoxSell bundles intact during edits. Any product that’s part of a bundle is automatically excluded from a customer’s editing options. Fully automatic, with nothing to configure.

FBP | Fast Bundle

Wayfinding. FBP bundles can’t be safely edited piece by piece, so the fix is to block the whole order. The card points you to Order tag based restriction in Order editing settings, where you add FBP’s bundle tag (default FastBundle).
Stoq and NoFraud add toggles to a Recheck settings page. FoxSell Bundles needs no setup at all. None of them use API keys or a sign-in step.

Recheck triggers for Shopify Flow

Recheck publishes three triggers to Shopify Flow. A Flow-based integration wires one of these to a partner app’s action, and you can build your own flows off them too.
  • On Order Edit by Recheck fires when a customer edits an order through Recheck.
  • Order Canceled by Recheck fires when a customer cancels an order through Recheck.
  • Recheck Support Ticket fires when a customer raises a support ticket through Recheck.
Recheck doesn’t check whether the partner app is installed on your store. For Stoq and NoFraud, the toggles only take effect once the partner app is live and writing its tags or pre-order signals to your orders.
