The analytics dashboard shows how Recheck is performing for your store. The three cards at the top also show the previous period of the same length, so you can see the trend at a glance. Here’s what you’ll see:
  • Revenue from order edits: Combined revenue from all edited orders. This is attributed revenue plus upsell revenue, so the three revenue numbers always reconcile.
  • Edited orders: Number of unique orders that were edited
  • Edit revenue per order: Average revenue generated per edited order
  • Orders modified: A daily chart of edited order volume. This is the same count as Edited orders, charted over time.
  • Attributed & upsell revenue: Breakdown of revenue from edited orders vs revenue from products added via upsells
  • Order edit types: Categorizes each edit action made (e.g. Add Product, Change Quantity, Shipping Details Change). Quantity increases and decreases are counted together under Change Quantity.
  • Edits per order: Distribution of how many edits were made per order
  • Address warning updates: Tracks how many address warnings were shown and what percentage of customers updated their address
  • Address validation warning updates: Tracks how many address validation warnings were shown and what percentage of customers updated their address after seeing one
  • Reasons for cancellation: Shows the top reasons customers chose to cancel. This is the one card with an export: click Download report to get it as a CSV.
The date button at the top shows Last 30 days when you open the page. Click it to pick Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 365 days, or Custom. For a custom range, type the start and end dates or pick them on the calendar, then click Apply. All numbers are store-wide. There’s no breakdown per rule, per upsell offer, or per country yet. The Last updated line under the page title shows how fresh the numbers are, for example “Last updated: less than a minute ago.”
