Your plan decides which Recheck features and quotas your store has access to. The Billing page in the left nav is where you check your current plan, see what you’re paying, and move up or down a tier whenever you need to.

Your subscription

The Billing page opens a single Subscription card that shows:
  • Current plan: your active plan name.
  • Price: your monthly base price.
  • Usage charges: the per-unit rates that apply once you pass your plan’s included quotas.
Two buttons sit at the bottom of the card.

Usage charges

Once you pass your plan’s included quota, the extra usage is billed through Shopify’s usage charges:
  • Per-edit overage: $0.29 per edited order.
  • Per-validation overage: $0.025 per Pro validation.
  • Attributed-revenue fee: a percentage of the revenue Recheck drives for you. Growth is 2%, Scale is 1%, and Plus has no fee.
Each paid plan also has a capped amount, the most usage charge Recheck can run up in a billing month: 100onGrowth,100 on Growth, 300 on Scale, and $5000 on Plus.
When your usage hits the cap, Recheck stops working for the rest of the billing cycle until you upgrade or the month resets. The billing cycle resets at the start of each calendar month, and quotas aren’t pro-rated for partial months.

Custom plans

Some brands run on a custom plan, a bespoke arrangement with non-standard pricing, quotas, or feature scope. A custom plan shows up only in that brand’s Change plan list, as an extra card alongside the standard tiers.
