Open Recheck and click on Modules in the left menu.

Select Increase quantity from the list of modules.

Enable the "Enable quantity increase" toggle

This lets customers increase the quantity of items already present in their order. The customer pays the difference for the extra units.
This module covers products already in the order. To let customers add products the order doesn’t have yet, turn on Add product as well. The two pair naturally, since Add product adds new items at a quantity of 1 and this module lets customers take them higher.
