Open Recheck and click on Modules in the left menu.

Select Phone number from the list of modules.

Enable the "Edit phone number" toggle
This allows customers to update their phone number from the Thank you or Order status page.

Optional: Enable "Require valid phone number".
Stops customers from saving changes to their personal details unless the order has a phone number.
Require valid phone number
When this is on, a customer can’t save an edit to their personal details if the order’s phone number is empty. It’s a presence check: any phone number passes, and Recheck doesn’t verify the format, length, or country code. It applies to the phone number on the order, not the customer profile, and it’s off by default. Use this if your carrier or 3PL needs a phone number on every order, or if delivery drivers in your region call ahead.Need help?
