Open Recheck and click on Order Editing in the left menu.

Select Shipping fees from the list of settings.

Enable the "Recalculate shipping fees" setting.

This recalculates shipping fees after address and cart edits to charge or refund the appropriate shipping fees.

Why use this setting?

Recalculating shipping fees helps keep shipping charges accurate when customers change their address or update their order during the editing window.
Available on paid plans.
