Recheck currently has 17 different editing options with several of them having even more sub-features under them.
Customers will be able to edit their email address
Phone number
Customers will be able to edit their phone number
Shipping address
Customers will be able to edit their shipping address
Increase quantity
Customers will be able to increase the quantity of items which are in their order
Decrease quantity
Customers will be able to decrease the quantity of items which are in their order, but to a minimum of 1. In other words, only if a customers orders 2 or more of a product, they will be able to reduce the quantity for that product but they cannot completely remove it.
Remove quantity
Customers will be able to completely remove a product from their order.
Add Product
Customers will be able to add new products to their order. You can also control which products are shown in the Add product option by including or excluding products using their product tags.
Preferred Delivery Date
Customers will be able to change their selected delivery date. Best used if you offer an option to set the delivery date during shipping or for in-store pickup.
Order Note
Customers will be able to edit their order note / gift note for their order.
Cancel Order
Customers will be able to cancel their order.
Support Ticket
Customers will be able to create a support ticket. This can be connected to your support app by using Shopify Flow.
