If you want to change the copy or add translated versions, you can do so for 21 languages.
Once you're logged in to your Shopify Admin, open Recheck. Then click on Order Editing in the left navigation menu.
Click on Localization under the Settings section
Edit the copy for the different fields to your liking
Switch between the different sections to edit copy for the fields under them. You can even set different reasons for the Cancel order and Support ticket modules here.
To translate for different languages, click on the language dropdown on the top right, then select which language you want to add translations for. Then follow steps #2 and #3 to edit the different fields.
