Recheck's analytics shows you data on how the order editing and upsell functionality of our app has been performing for your store.

Here are the following metrics Recheck shows currently:

  1. ROI - Return on Investment

Sum of Attributed revenue from order edits, Upsell revenue and Support costs saved on order editing divided by the plan price of Recheck.
If you're on the free plan, the plan price is considered as $10 for the ROI calculation.

  2. Orders edited

Number of unique orders that have been edited by customers using the Recheck extension.

  3. Attributed revenue: Revenue generated by order edits

This is the difference between the new order value after order edit and the original order value. Revenue from Recheck's upsell extension are not included in attributed revenue

  4. Attributed revenue per order edit

Total attributed revenue from all order edits divided by the unique number of orders edited

  5. Upsell revenue

Revenue generated from Recheck's upsell functionality.

  6. Order cancellation rate

Cancelled orders via Recheck's order editing extension divided by the total number of orders that were eligible for order edits

  7. Cancellation reasons

Shows a donut chart with the number of orders cancelled split by the reason selected for cancelling the order

There are several improvements in the product pipeline to analytics, including stats on the types of edits made, total edits per order and more.
